Location: Central Hotel Chambers, Dame Court, Dublin 2.
Responsible/Reporting to: CEO
Job purpose: Working as part of the Extended Management Team responsible for identifying and delivering new housing business for HAIL
Salary Scale: €48,460 – €60,520
Job Information:This post is a permanent full-time post.
35 hours per week – 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday.

Job Purpose Summary


The New Business Development Lead will be responsible for the sourcing and delivery of new housing development opportunities for HAIL. Currently HAIL does not develop properties on its own account and whilst this may change in time, the primary source of new units will be via acquisitions of turnkey properties and the acquisition and refurbishment of properties. Your primary role will be to support the CEO to find and deliver a pipeline of social housing projects.

You will have responsibility for the management of the delivery of identified projects within the existing programme. As a result, you will be responsible for a range of delivery processes such as project administration, funding applications, internal and external approvals and liaising with HAILs internal services for all projects.

Reporting to the CEO, the New Business Development Lead will form part of HAIL’s Extended Management Team. They will be responsible for keeping the Management Team up to date on all housing development related matters.

The salary will be commensurate with the experience of the individual appointed and in line with the Organisations salary scale.
