Tuath is governed by a Board of Directors with a broad range of business skills and commitment to social outcomes required to run a growing AHB. While the Board has overall responsibility for financial, legal and governance matters relating to the Company, it delegates scrutiny of areas of business to the following Committees:
- Governance and People
- Housing and Community
- Development
- Finance
- Audit and Risk Management
The Board seeks to increase its skillset and knowledge through the appointment of new Co-Optee Members to its Committees with a variety of backgrounds. These roles are not renumerated but Co-Optees may claim legitimate expenses for travel to meetings, subsistence and other reasonable out of pocket expenses.
There are several positions available, and the deadline is now January 2nd, 2023. For more information, candidates can download the application recruitment packs on the Tuath website here: https://tuathhousing.ie/contact-us/board-committee-opportunities-2/
