The ICSH is committed to the delivery of education and training events relevant to our members and stakeholders. A key way that this is delivered is through short one-day training seminars and workshops on a range of topics.

In 2021 the ICSH is planning to deliver a suite of webinars, training and events virtually to our members and others in the sector.

Every year we strive to deliver sector relevant content. In 2020 and 2021 much of this will be delivered online through the zoom platform. Outlined below are two webinars in March and April. We are also signposting webinars for the subsequent three months. Please continue to get in touch with topics that you are interested in hearing more about.

In February we hosted three regional meetings providing updates to Members on current and upcoming ICSH work. Thank you to all who attended and highlighted areas of interests.

In 2020 we delivered training sessions on Dealing with Challenging Behaviour and Lone Working with Quell Training. These were very well attended and so we are running more sessions in May, June and July 2021. Please see below a list of dates for these training sessions.

Additionally, The ICSH Biennial Housing Conference will take place from 22nd– 24th September 2021. The ICSH and Allianz Community Housing Awards will also take place in 2021 with the winners being announced at the Conference. Please see below for further information.

Finally, the ICSH will continue to liaise with members to plan for and respond to emerging training and education needs. Please keep in touch with us on all training and education needs. Our 2021 programme is a dynamic piece of work and will grow and evolve in response to your needs and the emerging issues for the sector.
