North & East Housing Association currently have a Property Services Officer vacancy within our Property Services Team.
The role of the Property Services Officer will be to work with North and East Housing Association’s Senior Property Services Officer to ensure all necessary technical services are delivered to a high standard. This will include but not limited to stock condition surveys, building survey reports, defect diagnosis, property inspections, snagging, contract administration and providing technical support to staff.
Hybrid working will be available after 3 months service/induction/training.
