Job Title: Building Surveyor (Asset Management)

Contract: Permanent, subject to a six-month probationary period
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary Range: €70,000 – €80,000 commensurate with experience
About the Asset Management Function
The Asset Management function was established in July 2025 to build the strategic, technical, and operational capacity needed to support Oaklee’s growth ambitions. The function is in its foundation stage, with a team of seven in place during 2025 and further roles under review for 2026 in line with Oaklee’s growth strategy. Work is underway to develop scalable structures, systems, and governance frameworks that will enable evidence-based investment planning, strong compliance oversight, and efficient programme delivery.
The function is also focused on creating a positive working environment, with a strong emphasis on work–life balance, collaboration, and professional development as the team grows.
This role will play a central part in shaping the systems, technical standards, and ways of working that will define how the function operates. As the first Building Surveyor appointment, the post will help build in-house technical capability, support compliance and investment programmes, and determine when to deliver activities internally versus procuring specialist external expertise. Over time, this role will be integral to reducing reliance on consultants and embedding a robust technical function within the organisation.
