Tenant Services Coordinator – Cabhrú Housing Association

About Cabhrú

Founded in 1965, Cabhrú was created to offer housing in Dublin for older adults who are able to live independently. Over the years, we have expanded and, as of January 2025, we own and manage 174 social housing units—133 in the Dublin City Council area and 41 in Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County.

As a provider of housing for older people, we are committed to creating age-friendly homes that enable our tenants to remain active members of their communities for as long as possible. We recognise the increasing demand for our services and are dedicated to meeting this need. As our tenants age, we continuously adapt our services to help them maintain their independence.

Cabhrú is currently experiencing significant growth to help address the need for social housing for older people. We have 83 new homes in development and expect to have over 300 homes in the Dublin area by the end of our current Strategic Plan (2024–2029).

With this growth and the increasing regulatory requirements for Approved Housing Bodies, the Tenant Services Coordinator role is vital. This position ensures that Cabhrú remains a supportive and positive place to live, helps tenants sustain their tenancies, and contributes to making our communities welcoming and vibrant.
