REPORTING TO: Tenant Services & Engagement Manager
CONTRACT: Full-time Permanent
LOCATION: Head Office, Blanchardstown.
SALARY: €36,233 to €47,276

The Tenant Services and Engagement Team (TSET) would like to invite applicants for the role of Tenant Support Desk Officer. This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious applicant to join the TSET who are responsible for delivering front line services to tenants. NEHA operates a multi-channel customer contact services to both internal and external customers. Our aim is to resolve most calls at first point of contact and deliver excellent services from the customer perspective to both internal and external parties.
