Salary: €82,529 – €96,417 DOE

About Asset Management and Property Services
Asset Management and Property Services are being brought together under one Head of Service to strengthen oversight, align strategy with operational delivery, and improve accountability across the property lifecycle. Asset Management leads strategy, lifecycle planning, planned investment, compliance assurance, sustainability, and technical standards. Property Services leads repairs, voids, cyclical maintenance, statutory servicing, contractor management, and day-to-day operational delivery. The function is supported by a centralised administration and governance model covering reporting, systems, document control, onboarding support, data quality and quality assurance.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management and Property Services, the Strategic Asset Manager will lead Oaklee’s Asset Management function within the integrated Asset Management and Property Services structure, connecting asset strategy with operational delivery through investment planning, compliance assurance, technical standards, sustainability, asset data and long-term property performance. The postholder will manage the Property Surveyor, Planned Investment Manager, Sustainability Officer and Senior Compliance and Quality Officer, working closely with Property Services, Housing, Development, Finance, Compliance and external partners. The role may also represent Oaklee at sector level, including relevant ICSH, Housing Alliance, local authority, regulator, funding or sector working groups, where aligned with organisational priorities.
