The ICSH IPB Community Housing Awards offers a platform to demonstrate innovation and sustainability in public housing projects that our approved housing bodies members, local authority partners and the Land Development Agency deliver for communities across the country. The 2025 Awards recognise excellence across eight individual categories. Category entries are from both urban and rural projects that communicate the diversity of affordable housing being delivered across the country. We are delighted to partner with IPB Insurance for our 2025 Community Housing Awards.
Winners were announced at the ICSH National Housing Conference on Wednesday 15th October 2025 in the Slieve Russell Hotel, Cavan.
