The ICSH IPB Community Housing Awards offers a platform to demonstrate innovation and sustainability in public housing projects that our approved housing bodies members, local authority partners and the Land Development Agency deliver for communities across the country. The 2025 Awards recognise excellence across eight individual categories. Category entries are from both urban and rural projects that communicate the diversity of affordable housing being delivered across the country. We are delighted to partner with IPB Insurance for our 2025 Community Housing Awards.
Winners will be announced at the ICSH National Housing Conference at 4pm on Wednesday 15th October 2025 in the Slieve Russell Hotel, Cavan.
Eligibility
Approved Housing Bodies
The awards are open to all housing associations and housing co-operatives across the country. This competition is an opportunity to salute the work and achievements of both large and small organisations, communicating the diversity of people, skills and activities in the approved housing body sector.
Local Authorities
The Awards are open to all local authorities offering an opportunity to highlight public housing delivery achievements and innovative housing initiatives that are the cornerstone of sustainable communities.
Land Development Agency
The Land Development Agency and other partners have become key in delivering public and affordable housing recently and we have expanded our eligible entrants to acknowledge this.
Community Housing Awards Public Choice Award 2025
Projects shortlisted for the ICSH Community Housing Awards 2025 are also competing in the Public Choice Award 2025. Following on from the very successful inaugural Public Choice Award in 2021, we’re very excited to continue with this category award, as it gives members of the public an opportunity to support a participating project that they feel is most deserved of recognition.
