Hugh Coll, Head of Financial Modelling with Altair went through the CALF financial model in detail, considering the latest standard assumptions. This was followed by Pat Fitzpatrick of the Housing Agency discussing the assessment and applications process. There was a long Q&A which allowed attendees to ask questions specific to their situation and in relation to upcoming CALF applications.
