Amharc Muileann is a development of 137 homes comprising apartments, terraced, detached and semi-detached homes. The homes are one, two, three and four-bed catering for a diverse range of household sizes. The overall look of all homes is traditional with a low maintenance red brickwork façade though they benefit from contemporary construction techniques.
The development is broken down into two areas which both have independent open spaces while a large green space divides both sides. The estate was designed with defensible space in mind meaning the design functions to allow residents to become key agents in ensuring their security. Open space areas are centrally located and overlooked by the homes.
