Cascade Apartments | Regeneration and Renewal | Cork County Council

Cascade Apartments, Carrigtwohill, is a modern and spacious development comprising 95 two-bed apartments. Cascade was a derelict site with partially built apartments that lay vacant for almost 17 years before being renovated by Marlet Property Group and acquired by Co-operative Housing Ireland in co-operation with Cork County Council.

Carrigtwohill is a growing town close to Cork city and the complex is situated near amenities. 60% of the overall Cork County Council housing waiting list has a two person or less household composition. Cascade caters to this housing need comprised of smaller household types including one-child families, people with disabilities, families with adult children and older persons.
