Court View, Stradbally is a high-quality development of 16 x 2-bedroom bungalow homes. Developed by North & East Housing Association with the support of Laois County Council, turnkey construction with strategic housing provider partner Zilic Developments Ltd. delivered these bespoke specification homes. In addition to bringing the site to an appropriate density level, sensitive to the tenant needs and surrounding environs, the accommodation delivery, tenancy allocation, and ongoing tenant experience, are an excellent example of all party collaboration in the accelerated delivery of sustainable homes to meet local demand.
The development has been designed to provide for an older person resident profile, and people with primary or secondary impaired mobility. The design sought to ensure that the residents would enjoy the benefits of first-rate living conditions in a healthy, safe, accessible and visually attractive environment. Funded through DHPLG and HFA finance, design features include the use of selected brick quoins, selected coloured front doors and garden furniture throughout creating a highly aesthetic landscaped ‘sense of place’.
