This project is a large-scale, mixed-tenure residential development comprising a blend of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment units delivered across multiple blocks. The scheme supports a diverse housing mix, including social housing, cost rental, and age-friendly units, all managed by Clúid Housing and Clann. It is designed to cater to a wide range of target tenant groups, including families, older persons, and individuals who fall outside the traditional social housing eligibility but still struggle with affordability in the private market.
Designed with placemaking in mind, the development integrates well with local services, transport links, and green spaces. It offers a replicable and scalable model for delivering inclusive, sustainable housing that balances social, cost rental, and age-friendly needs within a vibrant, mixed tenure community. A key addition is the provision of two amenity spaces within the development, which will be managed by the YMCA and Northside Partnership. These organisations will deliver essential services and supports onsite, directly benefiting residents and strengthening social cohesion.
