Stonemount Park, Block B, comprising 128 homes, forms part of a larger social housing scheme of 418 homes in Ballyfermot, Co. Dublin. Built by Dwyer Nolan, the development delivers BER A-rated homes designed to the highest standards of energy efficiency. Block B also provides a range of communal facilities for residents, including an amenity room, plant room, bicycle storage, communal open space, a commercial unit, and a roof garden.
To support residents in sustaining their tenancies, a Tenant Sustainment Officer has been appointed, alongside the Iveagh Trust’s permanent on-site presence, which includes live-in staff, Estates Managers, a Housing and Community Officer, and caretakers. Block B was completed in March 2025.
