In the summer of 2022, Tuath Housing introduced its ‘Your Voice, Your Home, Your Community’ Tenant Engagement Strategy, founded on seven core objectives: Involve, Enable, Communicate, Build, Integrate, Embed, and Empower. This initiative signifies Tuath’s commitment to engaging residents and communities in shaping housing services, promoting open communication, and fostering skill development among tenants.
The strategy aims to collect tenant input for service enhancement, community strengthening, and ongoing quality improvement. The strategy is exemplified by the success of community engagement at Raleigh Court, where Tuath Housing prioritises building a vibrant and connected community, ensuring safe environments and supporting tenants to thrive.
