The ICSH partners with the CIH Housing Academy to deliver the CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing (equivalent to a Level 6 course on the Irish NFQ). We are not currently accepting applications for the course but expect to open up applications in September for the next course delivery, beginning January 2026
The course is aimed at people working for a number of years in housing either at management level or hoping to move up to management level. It is also aimed at people working in housing who wish to gain a formal housing qualification having gained experience through working in the sector, and professionals wishing to make the move into the social housing sector.
The course is delivered through blended learning – a combination of teaching days delivered through Zoom and self-directed learning supported by online resources.
