The ICSH Allianz Biennial Community Housing Awards offers a platform to demonstrate innovation and sustainability in public housing projects that our approved housing bodies members, local authority partners and the Land Development Agency deliver for communities across the country. The 2025 Awards recognise excellence across eight individual categories. The ICSH seeks category entries from both urban and rural projects that communicate the diversity of affordable housing being delivered across the country. Winners will be announced at the ICSH National Housing Conference on Wednesday 15th October 2025 in the Slieve Russell Hotel, Cavan.
