In 2024, almost 10,600 social homes were delivered by local authorities and AHBs. AHBs delivered more than 41% of these homes. 2024 proved an astonishing year for AHB cost rental. 1,213 homes were delivered.
The AHB sector delivered 4385 social homes in 2024. In addition, 1,213 cost rental homes were completed by AHBs in 2024, 60% of total AHB cost rental delivery from 2021-2024.
