Housing Association Performance Management (HAPM) was developed as a pilot project by the ICSH in 2004 to put in place formal performance management practices at a time when the governance and regulatory landscape of the approved housing body (AHB) sector looked very different. Over the years HAPM has grown considerably from that first survey and has provided fascinating data on the management of AHBs for the last 18 years.
