The inaugural ICSH/AIB Social Impact Challenge showcases how housing associations and local authorities prioritise the social impact of their housing developments across the country, focusing on the wellbeing of the communities and tenants they serve.
The ICSH/AIB Social Impact Challenge was a keynote session at the 2024 ICSH Finance and Development conference. Being a central part of the conference programme, it emphasised how environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles have shaped the sector through the delivery of social and affordable homes. Judges and conference delegates were inspired by all the excellent entries. The creativity, vision, and openness to learn and improve services and housing for the communities they serve demonstrates an ongoing commitment to improving wellbeing beyond the basic tenant/landlord relationship.
