The ICSH Collaboration Toolkit provides a framework to help promote greater collaboration in the voluntary housing sector. It was supported and launched by Minister Michael Finneran, TD, Minister for Housing and Local Services at the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government at the ICSH Finance Seminar in November 2010.
The toolkit sets out the various options for collaborative working and the key stages in developing collaboration and partnership arrangements between organisations. There are common aims and objectives that drive the process. These are considered, as well as the main barriers to collaboration.
