Details of the winning projects at the 2009 ICSH Community Housing Awards. This was the first year in which there were separate winners by category. In total there were 8 different categories: housing for older people (smaller and larger scale), homeless projects, housing for people with disabilities, integrated housing projects, regeneration projects, PArt V projects, traveller accommodation projects and housing for families. This publication details the winner of each category and the overall winner of the 2009 ICSH Community Housing Award.
