The Irish Council for Social Housing (ICSH) strongly recommends that Budget 2022 should put in place the funding to ensure that the targets in Housing for All can be met and can achieve wider social inclusion objectives around providing accommodation for low-income people, homeless people, older people and disabled people. The Housing for All Plan will need to be adequately resourced and planned for if it is to make a long-term positive improvement to our housing system.
