This section requires tier level, contact details, registration & establishment details and property information for each AHB completing the return.
The tier level that you select here will impact on the number of sections and level of detail that you have to provide in later stages of the return.
The return employs a proportionate approach which means that tier ones will complete less sections than tier two etc. You can see an example of how you each tier will know what sections to complete by clicking here.
