LOCATION: Drogheda, Co. Louth
CONTRACT: FULL TIME/ PERMANENT- 35 HOURS PER WEEK
RESPONSIBLE TO: CEO
SALARY: €57,000 – €65,000 (Dependent on experience)

The Role
As a member of Foscadh Housing’s Management Team, the Assets & Facilities Manager will lead the delivery of Foscadh’s Asset, Property and Facilities Management services.
The role will oversee and implement Foscadh Housing’s Asset Management Strategy, lead responsive, cyclical and planned maintenance programmes, ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety excellence, deliver long-term, data-driven investment planning aligned with organisational growth, provide expert technical advice across the organisation, and support ongoing development through technical due diligence and lifecycle planning.
Operating in a growth environment, this role will ensure that Foscadh’s housing portfolio remains safe, sustainable, compliant, financially viable and aligned with tenant needs.
