Established in 2002, Fold Housing is an Approved Housing Body (AHB) and registered charity. We develop homes and deliver services that empower residents to live fulfilling lives and foster thriving communities. We provide a unique combination of accommodation and support options including the provision of care services for frail older people and those living with dementia. Our strategic focus is to enable people to “age in place” – live independently in their own homes for as long as possible – while offering housing, care, community, and assistive services.

Housing Officer
We are seeking an ambitious Housing Officer to join our established team of experienced housing professionals. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for residents, ensuring effective tenancy management, resolving housing issues and supporting the development of sustainable communities.
Location: Fold Housing, Block A, The Crescent Building, Northwood Business Campus, Santry, Dublin 9 (frequent travel between Fold’s housing developments will be a requirement of this role)

Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary Range: €45,081-€52,447 (appointment is dependent on experience)
Additional Benefits: Company pension scheme, 25 days paid annual leave (additional long service days applied after 3, 6, 9 years) Group Life Insurance, paid sick and maternity/paternity leave.
