The HSE CHO7 Community Living Implementation Group is seeking expressions of interest for membership of its Care and Support Plus Housing Model Development Group in Dublin South Central.
This group includes members from local authorities and People with Lived Experience (PWLE) who bring a diverse range of perspectives working in collaboration towards a shared vision – to create pathways to community living for mental health service users through the development of Care and Support Plus.
Care and Support Plus is a Recovery oriented housing Model that caters for services users who have complex support needs. These service users may have forensic histories, spent significant periods in hospital and or in residential settings. They may have little experience of managing their own tenancy. It is a model based on Partnership and within the Irish context, it would be a partnership between the HSE, the relevant County Council and an Approved Housing Body.
Attached is the expression of interest and terms of reference for the group and a background feasibility report on implementing Care and Support Plus.
The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest is Friday, July 29th and completed forms should be returned to Susan Kehoe at Susan.kehoe@hse.ie
