On back of record delivery by the AHB sector delivering 50% of new social homes over the last five years and leading the way in delivering the new tenure of cost rental, what does the future of AHB delivery and finance look like given changes being introduced through the government’s new housing delivery plan and the long term vision for the sector as set out in the 2025 Report of the Approved Housing Body Strategic Forum?
The conference will be a discussion of the key pillars of delivery and funding, with a focus on the social value delivered by the AHB sector and a practical exploration of delivery and accessing finance for AHB members in collaboration with the sector’s primary stakeholders.
