This guidance note replaces the version that accompanied Circular Housing 31/2011, 18/2016, 23/2019. Housing 12 / 2023 sets out updated information on how the Payment and Availability (P&A)-Capital Advance Leasing Facility (CALF) funding model will operate following a review concluded in March 2023. The information contained in this document is relevant to all P&A-CALF applications received on or after 6th April 2023.
