December 2013 – Circle VHA Wins the The Public Sector Magazine Award 2013

Circle Voluntary Housing Association has won The Public Sector Excellence in Business Awards 2013 for the delivery and management of its social housing. Circle VHA is the first approved housing body to receive such an award from The Public Sector Magazine.
Circle VHA is very proud to have received such an award. We believe that it is both a recognition and affirmation of the quality of our housing management services over the past number of years. We currently own and manage over 670 units of accommodation. In 2013 Circle VHA had a postal questionnaire survey completed across the different schemes that we manage. There was a response rate of 45% and again the findings were positive with over 92% of our tenants satisfied with the quality of the homes provided, the areas that they live in and the housing management services delivered by Circle VHA. The response rate to the questionnaire and the findings affirm the quality of the housing management services that we deliver.
Circle VHA wants to build upon these foundations in 2014 when the scale of the schemes that we own and manage will grow considerably in the Dublin area. The Public Sector Magazine Award Excellence In Business Award is an important recognition of our work and indeed of the AHB sector contribution to people in housing need and to Irish society.
