Túath Housing in collaboration with Dublin City Council, NAMA and the Department of Environment have delivered forty eight much needed new homes at Clare Village. The homes have been exclusively let to persons and families on the Council’s waiting list. The high specification new homes are fully furnished in turn key condition.
The homes have been leased from NAMA by Túath Housing Association on a 20 year, 9 month lease. The new homes are 1 and 2 bed apartments and duplexes and will predominately cater for small family households in this popular scheme. The Association welcomes the addition of these high quality properties for letting to persons and families in housing need.
