Housing Association for Integrated Living (HAIL) has been operating since 1985, providing high-quality independent social housing with specialist mental health tenancy sustainment supports.  HAIL provides homes to people with long-term mental health support needs as well as general needs social housing.   Our visiting tenancy sustainment model supports people to live independently and be integrated in the community.

This promotes autonomy, recovery, stability and full participation in society within regular housing settings rather than institutional environments.

HAIL currently owns 486 homes, approximately 70% of which are for people with mental health support needs and 30% for general needs tenants.

Tenancy Sustainment Officer (National Housing Strategy for Disabled People) Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan REF:  CARA LMCM

Location: Louth, Meath, Cavan & Monaghan with possible work in neighbouring counties & periodic travel to Dublin.
The role is primarily an outreach role; however, you will also be required to attend at HAIL’s offices for meetings, company events and training at the request of line management on a regular basis

Responsible/Reporting to: Cara Service Manager

Job purpose: To provide tenancy sustainment services to clients where Mental Health is their primary presenting need in Local Authority and Approved Housing Body tenancies. Overall aim to sustain tenancies and promote mental health recovery in a community context.

Salary Scale: €40,519 – €50,603

Duration of contract:Permanent

Mental Health Tenancy Sustainment Worker (Inhouse- Outreach role) REF: HAIL: INH 2026

Location: Dublin and surrounding counties. The Inhouse team work with tenants of HAIL across a number of different areas such as Dublin, Kildare, Louth and Wicklow. The role is primarily an outreach role; however,  you will also be required to attend at HAIL’s offices regularly  for meetings, company events and training as requested by line management.

Responsible/Reporting to: Inhouse Manager

Job purpose: To provide Mental Health Tenancy Sustainment Services to HAIL tenants who present with complex mental health diagnosis. Case manage and respond to the changing needs of tenants in partnership with HSE mental health services and HAIL’s Housing team.

Salary Scale: €40,519 – €50,603

Duration of contract: Permanent

Location: The Regional team works across the 4 local authority areas of Dublin. The role is primarily based in Dublin with possible work in neighbouring counties.
The role is primarily an outreach role; however, you will also be required to attend at HAIL’s offices on a regular basis for meetings, company events and training at the request of line management.

Responsible/Reporting to: Regional Manager

Job purpose: To provide visiting Mental Health Tenancy Sustainment Support to clients of HAIL who reside in Local Authority, Approved Housing Body or private rented tenancy where Mental Health is their primary presenting need. Supports aim to sustain tenancies and promote mental health recovery in a community context.

Salary Scale: €40,519 – €50,603
