Barry Magee is a Solicitor and the current Chairperson of the Refugee Appeals Tribunal. He brings with him extensive experience of conveyancing, procurement and development with Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown County Council, the Railway Procurement Agency and the office of the Chief State Solicitors.
Alan Ring is a Chartered Accountant and banking analyst with the National Treasury Management Agency. He is currently on secondment to the Department of Finance Shareholding Management Unit. His areas of expertise include, banking, corporate finance and financial reporting.
