Clanmil Ireland is delighted to announce the delivery of eight new homes in Dublin through the NARPS Leasing scheme.
The apartments are within Elm Park, Merrion Road, Dublin 4 and have been handed over to our new tenants just in time for Christmas. This scheme was delivered in partnership with NAMA and Dublin City Council.
All of the tenants, a mix of families and single people, are extremely happy with their new homes. Patricia O’Grady, who moved in earlier in December said:
‘It’s like winning the lottery. It’s what I’ve always wanted.’
