North & East Housing Association are delighted to announce that we have been awarded certified body status by the Housing Finance Agency (HFA). The HFA was established as a state-owned company in 1982 and provides loan finance to local authorities and Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs). The HFA requires Housing Associations to have robust Corporate Governance and clearly defined future development plans. The awarding of certified body status allows North & East Housing access to loan finance that will fund our future development plans as outlined in our 5 year Strategic Plan, 2016 – 2020 available on our website
