This webinar was delivered three times in May and June due to demand. The sessions looked at burnout, the different types of burnout, in particular Compassion Fatigue – which is no doubt what many are experiencing due to Covid-19. We took an in-depth look at how to avoid burnout going forward, maintain a level of well- being and look at our ‘warning zones’ in order to avoid our ‘red light’ flashing. There is an opportunity in this workshop for participants to reflect on frameworks and ask questions.
