Halliday Mills is an apartment complex of 85 BER A3 rated one-bed, two-bed and three-bed apartments which were delivered by CHI and stakeholders in response to need in the area. Members (tenants) moved into the apartments in January 2022.
It is currently the largest apartment complex in Dundalk with a mixture of families and individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds. There were obstacles in the beginning to establishing community but through the work of individual Members coming together to form a Member Association, great strides have been made.
Collaboration between CHI housing management, assets management and property services, Member Engagement and the Member Association has resulted in a happier, healthier and thriving community.
