Clúid’s new development at Lancaster Gate is Cork’s first Cost Rental scheme and an excellent example of an affordable, mixed tenure development in a superb location. Cost Rental rents are up to 40% lower than market rates – €990 per month for a one-bed and €1,100 per month for a two-bed.
