The ICSH is delighted to launch the 2025 Collaboration Programme with a webinar for interested parties taking place on the 18th February at 12.00pm.
Now into its fourth year, the programme has been instrumental in facilitating an increased number of consolidation and collaboration projects across the AHB sector. To date over thirty projects have received funding and it has become a key source of finance and resources in enabling projects to proceed.
The ICSH AHB Collaboration Programme has been established with funding from the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage to support collaboration and consolidation projects in the AHB sector. Projects that have received funding include:
- Takeovers of smaller bodies by larger bodies
- Mergers between similarly sized AHBs
- Stock transfers where one AHB transfers its stock to another (i.e. a disability provider)
- The establishment of group service arrangements for AHBs
- Other relevant initiatives in areas such as procurement or that build economies of scale in the sector.
