ICSH members are invited to register for our upcoming webinar on the new CALF financial model. This training will be led by Hugh Coll, designer of the ICSH CALF model, who will run through the viability model with a focus on the changes made as part of the CALF review. Pat Fitzpatrick of the Housing Agency will provide a brief input on capital and operation costs and will talk about the submission and assessment process.
All ICSH members are welcome to attend and this webinar will be particularly relevant to finance and development teams in AHBs.
