Clay Farm is an Iveagh Trust scheme delivered as a Part V by Park Developments. The scheme has 123 units and is the Iveagh Trust’s first endeavour in the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Local Authority area. The first phase of Clay Farm consisted of 68 units and was tenanted from the Local Authority waiting list in February 2020.
Kiln View is the 2nd phase of this scheme to come into the ownership of the Iveagh Trust. It consists of 55 turnkey homes. Kiln View was launched on the 10th of April 2024. The scheme is managed by a team of dedicated and experienced Iveagh Trust estates staff who have a constant presence at the development. They ensure that all tenants receive the best service and experience possible. The units are state of the art with A-rated energy efficiency.
