The ICSH, in conjunction with the new Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (AHBRA) recently hosted two introductory webinars (May 2021) on the role and function of the Regulator as well as the roll out of the new statutory regulation framework for the sector, which will replace the voluntary framework operating under the Voluntary Regulation Code.
